Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of purchase.

Items should be returned in exactly the same condition they left our office.

To initiate the returns process, please contact us at info@crownandbezel.co.uk.

We will refund you in full via the payment method used to purchase – minus initial shipping costs. All returns are subject to inspection, we aim to return your money within 30 days.

You bear all responsibility and costs for returns.
